How it works

You approve each testimonial before it goes public. Then you add a wall, a single clip or a badge to your website with one line of code.

  1. Connect Stripe

    Install the Proven Praise Stripe App. It gets read-only access to customers and charges. It never gets write access.

  2. Customers get a request after they pay

    After a delay that you set (default 7 days), each paying customer gets one email with a link. One reminder follows. No more emails after that.

  3. They record in the browser

    The customer answers up to 3 questions on a phone or a computer. No app or account is necessary. A text option is available.

  4. AI cuts captioned clips with a badge

    AI selects the strongest moments and cuts 1-3 captioned clips. Every clip has a "Verified customer" badge that links to the proof.

What the badge proves

  • The person paid your business through Stripe. The page shows the payment date and an amount range.
  • Proven Praise signed the record with an Ed25519 key. Anyone can check the signature with our public key.
  • The words are the customer's own words. The AI cuts the video. It does not change what the customer says.

What the badge does not prove

  • That you show every testimonial. You choose which testimonials to show. The verification page says this, and it shows how many you received.
  • That the opinion is correct. It proves who said it, not that the claim is true.

The public page never shows

  • The customer's email
  • The card
  • The exact amount
  • The Stripe charge ID

Our rule for AI

The AI only selects and cuts. It never writes, changes or generates a customer's words, voice or face.

Every caption and every quote comes from the transcript of the recording. Proven Praise has no AI avatars, no voice cloning and no generated testimonials.

How Proven Praise is different
